About this Project

Working in tandem with Cre8 Architects, CLTD managed the construction of the new Deer Park City Hall. A three-story, 25,000 square foot building, the phasing included the demolition of the existing building after construction on the new city hall was completed. City hall housed a rotund council chamber and abundant office and conference spaces for various city departments.
