The Signature Care Emergency Center building on Westheimer went from a Define Body & Mind Studio to a 6,800 SF state of the art Emergency Center designed by Architect Clifton Thomason. When the previous Signature Care location was slated for demolition, the construction team expediated the schedule to finish the project in 88 days. The new facility includes six exam rooms, two treatment rooms, a lab, offices, and lead lined X-ray and CT Scan rooms.
